Copyright and intellectual property
Effective date: September 1, 2026. This page explains how ContentOps Career Studio handles course content and intellectual-property concerns.
Our content
Unless a resource is identified otherwise, our original course structure, original labs, assessments, written explanations, rubrics, and site design are owned by ContentOps Career Studio or its licensors. Purchases provide a personal learning license, not ownership or redistribution rights.
Third-party marks and materials
Adobe, Workfront, Experience League, Make, and other named products may be trademarks of their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. We link to publicly available third-party learning resources rather than claiming ownership of them.
Reporting a concern
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or other rights, contact support@contentopscareer.studio with your contact information, the work you claim is affected, the URL or precise location, and a good-faith statement of your claim. We will review and respond as appropriate.
Learner submissions
You retain ownership of your original submissions. You grant us a limited right to store, display to you and assigned reviewers, and process them solely to operate and improve the learning service. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.
