Privacy notice
Effective date: September 1, 2026. This notice explains how ContentOps Career Studio handles personal information used to operate the learning service.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers and email address from your sign-in provider; enrollment and trial status; lab progress; evidence, files, and notes you choose to submit; support requests; and basic technical and usage information needed to secure and operate the site. Do not submit employer-confidential information, production credentials, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use information to authenticate you, provide cross-device learning progress, process enrollments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve learning content and service quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use your submitted work to publicly identify you.
Human support
We may review support requests and submitted evidence to provide learner support, quality assurance, and tutor escalation. We will not use your recruiter-provided job descriptions, interview questions, or other confidential inputs publicly without permission; submit only material you are authorized to share.
Service providers
We use service providers for sign-in and account services, hosting and storage, and payment processing. Current examples include your selected sign-in provider, Supabase, Stripe, and the site-hosting platform. Make.com is a separate practice environment controlled by its own terms when you choose to use it.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and learning records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legitimate operational needs, and legal recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting privacy@contentopscareer.studio. Some records, including payment and fraud-prevention records, may need to be retained as required by law.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact privacy@contentopscareer.studio. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
