Effective date: September 1, 2026. These terms govern access to ContentOps Career Studio courses, labs, assessments, and support.
Who we are
ContentOps Career Studio is an independent professional-learning service operated by ContentOps Career Studio. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe and Workfront are trademarks or registered trademarks of Adobe. We do not issue Adobe credentials and do not guarantee certification, employment, compensation, or business results.
Your enrollment
A course enrollment gives one learner a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased course during the stated access period. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the service for legitimate professional development. Do not share paid content, credentials, tutor feedback, assessment items, answer keys, or access with others. Do not reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or use the service to train competing products or services without written permission.
Learning materials and third-party resources
Our original labs, assessments, explanations, and feedback are our content or are used with permission. Links to Adobe Experience League, Make.com, and other third-party resources are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy practices apply. Access to a third-party tool is not included unless we expressly say so.
Tutoring and support
Support is provided through the available human-support process. Included support scope and response targets are shown on the applicable course page; extra support is subject to availability. Educational guidance is not legal, financial, employment, security, or production-system advice.
Changes and availability
We may improve, correct, replace, or retire content and features. We will not materially reduce a paid learner's stated core course access without a reasonable substitute, extension, or other appropriate remedy. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected course in the preceding twelve months.
